Prawn here with a look at my main gaming machine. For the last few months I’ve been having various issues with my main gaming and editing PC. It’s been crashing and bluescreening a lot. First I had problems with Nvidia’s driver debacle. Then I had problems with RAM stability – two different kits having one defective stick leading to other issues. And I had problems with Gen 5 NVMe storage overheating and being a problem too. So I thought I’d use it as an excuse to craft a brand new PC. Swapping to AMD with various parts harvested from other machines I’d built, new bits purchased and more. I wanted to show what I’d done and why, so here’s the video.
